Delivery and Shipping Information

When Will My Furniture Arrive?

 

The lead time for each item will be specified when you place your order. Once your furniture is ready, we'll contact you immediately to arrange delivery. If you require a special arrangement, please feel free to email us, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

 

What are the Shipping Costs?

 

You have two options for receiving your order:

Important Delivery Notes:

  • Rescheduling Fee: If you are not home to accept the delivery at the scheduled time, a HKD $300 fee will be charged to reschedule.

  • Address Changes: It is the customer's responsibility to notify MyConcept immediately of any change to the delivery address.

  • Restricted Areas: Delivery service is not available to areas unreachable by our vehicles or the following locations: Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, and Tai O.

  • Big Wave Bay & Shek O: Due to restricted access, customers must collect deliveries at a designated location, as our vehicles cannot enter without special permission letters.

 

Walk-Up Surcharge

 

A walk-up surcharge will be applied per item if your delivery location has only a staircase entrance or if your item cannot be transported using the building's lift due to its size.

The fee is based on the item size and the number of flights/steps required:

Item Size Definitions:

  • Small: Chairs, stools, lamps.

  • Medium: 1-seater chairs, coffee tables, lounge chairs, dining tables under .

  • Large: 2-seater and 3-seater sofas, dining tables , cabinets , marble tables of any size.

  • X-Large: Bulky, custom-made items.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Return Address: Unit E, 10/F., HK Ind Bldg., 444 Des Voeux Rd. West, Hong Kong

  • Packaging: Item must be returned in the original packaging along with the original invoice.

  • Return Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee: A 50% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping and installation costs are not refundable.

  • Exclusions: All special order items are non-refundable.
